Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in any related field in a reputable university
- Proven sales track record in related field with at least 2 years sales experience
- Having the networking and good relationship to the engineering department in any industrial.
- Honest, discipline, creative, and responsible.
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision.
- Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person.
- Good interpersonal skills and presentation skills

Requirements:
- Male or Female, age max 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from relevant discipline, IPK > 3.00
- Minimum 2 years experiences in HRD and GA
- Experience in Competency Base Human Resources Management & Balance Scorecards is an advantage.
- Skill in Human Resources for all of function and General Affair matters from recruitment, development, termination program or retention program for employee
- Experience in formulating policies / SOP’s, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Good Professional & commitment
- Well understand of Labor Law and it's implementation
- Well understand and Familiar with ISO
