I. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Citizens of the Republic of Indonesia
• On May 1, 2012 age: * High School / SMKK / MA minimum of 20 years to 35 years * D3/S1 minimum of 20 years maximum 30 years
• Have a certificate issued by the State or private educational institution is accredited.
• Willing to follow the official schedule shift
• The minimum GPA for D3/S1 Nursing is 3:01
• The minimum GPA for Non Nursing D3/S1 is 3:01
• Average minimum value for the high school diploma / vocational school is 7.0
• Minimum Height 155 cm (women) and 160 cm (men) with ideal weight / proportion and good looking
• Pass in all stages of the selection includes the selection and administration, selection, performance, written test, PsikoTest, exam and interview skills (except for participants through the selection achievement is not necessary to follow the written test)
• Well-behaved, as evidenced by SKCK of Police of valid
• Physically and mentally healthy, as evidenced by a health certificate from a government doctor is still valid (Minimum per 1 April 2012).
• Never been sentenced to imprisonment or confinement by a judgment which has had permanent legal force, because of a criminal act.
• Never been involved in an activity / movement against Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the State and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. Prospective applicants register online through the website of Dr Kariadi (online registration closes on May 2, 2012)
2. Make application to the Director of the department of Dr. Kariadi and the applicant's documents sent by post to PO BOX 1104 Semarang
3. The deadline for sending the file no later than May 4, 2012 by Cap POS and must be received by the Committee no later than May 8, 2012 at 12:00 pm
