Position Available: Operation Control Officer - Reconciliation
Responsibilities:

1. Reconcile daily movement on Multifinance loan transitory account
2. Reconcile Monthly outstanding Multifinance loan records
3. Investigate any outstanding items on reconciliation results and escalate any unreconciled items
4. Maintain outstanding items and ensure the settlement has been done properly
5. Provide reconciliation and monitoring reports

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring in Accounting, computerized accounting and Management information System from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years experience in banking reconciliation especially Multifinance loan reconciliation
• Having good knowledge of banking reconciliation, especially in Multifinance reconciliation
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Having good knowledge on Microsoft excel macro/visual basic and preferably good in Microsoft access
• Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
